·        Type in School Code: eku, Username: __________, Password: __________

 

·        Setup, Department Setup

o       Tab 1: Information

§         Copy and paste mission with values from plan

§         Copy and paste Vision from plan

§         SAVE

 

o       Tab 2: Goals

§         Copy and paste each goal (SAVE after each goal)

§         Order: keep in same order as your plan (1, 2, 3)

§         Goal Type: Indicate which university goal links with goal that is entered in

§          

o       Tab 3: Related Goals

§         Choose Goal 1

·        Choose appropriate planning group (ex: College of Arts & Sciences)

·        Check all the strategic directions that apply

·        SAVE

·        Continue with Goal 2, Goal 3, etc

 

§         Choose Goal 1

·        Choose EKU

·        Check all strategic directions that apply

·        SAVE

·        Continue with Goal 2, Goal 3, etc

 

o       Tab 4: Offices/Functional Areas/Programs

§         Name each academic program or office you have

§         Do NOT delete the $ and No $ entries in this section

 

o       Tab 5: Faculty/Staff

§         Add people here

 

·        Plan & Document, Assessment Plan

o       Tab 1: Objectives

§         Objective Name:

·        Add New

·        Type in abbreviated name of objective (keep within area of box)

§         Objective: Copy and paste from plan

§         Functional Area/Program:

·        Choose 1 of your programs (if you have any) AND $, No $ educational or planning

o       The $ or No $ is whether or not you included a budget request for that objective-if so, then choose $-if not, then choose No $

§         Review Objectives and Assessment Method/KPI: This is not in plan

·        Who & How often is objective assessed; describe the process of reviewing the objective

§         SAVE

§         Repeat until all objectives are entered

 

o       Tab 2: Assessment Method/KPI’s

§         Objective Name: Choose 1 objective

§         Assessment Method/KPI: Copy & Paste KPI #1

§         Sort Order: number it appears in the plan

§         Specify criterion for that method

§         Who will use data, how, & when: copy & paste “use of results” from plan

§         SAVE

§         Continue this for each KPI, for each objective

 

o       Tab 3: Related Goals

§         Objective Name: Choose Objective 1

§         Related to: __________________ (reporting unit)

§         Check all that apply

§         SAVE

§         Continue with each objective

 

§         Objective Name: Choose Objective 1

§         Related to: __________________ (Planning Group)

§         Check all that apply
