Strategic Planning Manual - Planning Group Strategic
Plan
Template Details
What Should the Action Plan Include?
Purpose:
The purpose of the template for the Planning Group Strategic Plan is
to show planning group members what their strategic plans will look
like after being entered into TracDat.
The entire strategic plan will not have to be typed in as a separate
document, as was done in Fall 2003. Instead, the plan should be pulled
directly from TracDat. The TracDat Manual (available at: www.oie.eku.edu)
provides instructions on how to enter information into TracDat and on
how to print your Strategic/Action Plan from TracDat. This success of
this process is dependent upon continual updating of data in TracDat.
